We do the research.

With a website URL we scrape the homepage for what the company actually does, then write something specific to them. Without one, we go off job title and company name. Still decent, just less specific. The review step lets you edit anything that's off, and most people tweak maybe 10-20% before exporting.

At minimum: a name column and a company column. Adding a job title column helps a lot. A website column makes the biggest difference since we use it to pull real context about the company. Column names don't need to be exact, we auto-detect most common formats.

Yes. The export is a standard CSV with all your original columns plus a new personalization column. You can name it whatever your tool expects, like {{opener}} or first_line, and it imports cleanly.

Your data is held in memory for your session only. We don't write it to a database and it's gone when your session ends or the server restarts. We don't store, sell, or share your leads with anyone. See our privacy policy for the full details.

Roughly 3 to 6 seconds per lead when website scraping is enabled, or about 1 to 2 seconds per lead without it. A list of 100 leads takes around 5 to 10 minutes. For large batches, splitting into chunks of 200 to 300 is faster in practice since you can review and export one batch while the next processes.

The review step is built for exactly this. You can edit inline, retry to get a new version, or skip leads entirely. Most people edit around 10-20% before exporting.
